These Terms explain the basic rules for using Relocate Works, including our website content, relocation guides, visa sponsor job research, newsletter updates, and future paid paid access product.

By accessing or using Relocate Works, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, subscribe to the publication, or purchase any product offered by Relocate Works.

2. What Relocate Works provides

Relocate Works provides relocation research, country guides, visa pathway summaries, cost of living notes, salary context, tax basics, relocation company information, job search guides, and sponsor-friendly job research. The purpose is to help international candidates organize information and make better research decisions.

We may publish free content, newsletter previews, paid posts, paid access resources, private updates, job lists, and related educational material. Product features may change as the project develops.

3. Educational information only

Relocate Works content is provided for general educational and research purposes. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, tax advice, career placement advice, or a guarantee of any result. You are responsible for verifying information before making decisions.

4. No immigration, visa or employment guarantee

Relocate Works does not guarantee that any employer will sponsor a visa, provide relocation assistance, reply to your application, interview you, hire you, or help you obtain work authorization. Job availability, employer policy, visa rules, salary thresholds, and relocation benefits can change at any time.

Labels such as Confirmed, Likely, Unknown, Not Suitable, sponsor confidence, relocation score, or similar terms are research notes only. They are not official determinations and should not replace verification with employers, recruiters, government sources, or qualified professionals.

5. Monthly and founding yearly access

Relocate Works may offer $9/month monthly access and $49/year founding yearly access for early supporters. Paid access means access to the specific Relocate Works paid product or content area described at the time of purchase while your subscription remains active.

Founding yearly pricing is a special early-member price and may be discontinued or increased for new subscribers in the future. New products may have separate pricing. Relocate Works may update product scope, format, delivery method, frequency, or included resources as the business evolves.

If a paid product is delivered through a third-party platform, access may also depend on that platformโ€™s rules, availability, and technical limitations. Users are responsible for using the same email or account information needed to verify access.

6. Payments and refunds

Payment terms will be shown at checkout or on the product page. Because this is an early-stage digital information product, refund rules may depend on the payment platform, product type, and access already delivered. Any refund policy should be reviewed before purchase.

If a payment problem occurs, contact Relocate Works with the email used for purchase, payment date, and transaction details. We may require proof of purchase before granting access or support.

7. User responsibilities

Use the information as a starting point for research, not as final advice.

12. Termination or access restrictions

We may restrict access to paid or free resources if a user abuses the service, shares private content without permission, violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized access, or uses the product in a way that harms Relocate Works or other users.
